Sweet Reward for Fifth Grade Math Stars in Waldron
Forty fifth-grade students celebrated the completion of an extended math program with a well-earned treat from Dana Anderson at The Snow Cone Place. With help from Samantha Aynes, who served up the colorful snow cones, the students enjoyed a fun and refreshing break to mark their hard work.
Sheriff Randy Shores also stopped by with stuffed animals and coloring books, adding an extra surprise to the day.
One of the teachers in tow was Mrs. Hunsucker, who helps plan this celebration each year — a tradition that highlights student dedication and community support. In addition to the snow cones, students will be recognized with certificates during the end-of-year awards ceremony.
